Marcy has been providing licensed care in her home since February of 1999. When the Childcare Center that Marcy was working at closed, many of the families there asked her to care for their children temporarily while they looked for a new center. Inevidably the families chose to keep their children in care here and Marcy became a licensed provider. Marcy still has close relationships with many of these families today. Her first children are now young adults and teenagers that like to come in the summer time to volunteer and play with the children.
Marcy has a Bachelors in Human Ecology from Bowling Green State University and she is currently taking classes part time classes at EMU to obtain a second Bachelors in Early Childhood Development and Paralegal Services.

Also part of the family are Bailey & Hershey. Bailey is a 1 year pug/datsun mix. Hershey is a chocolate labrador puppy. Both dogs are fully vaccinated and current on all heart-worm and flea preventative.
"MARCY UNDERSTANDS THAT BABIES
NEED TO BE HELD AND LOVED AND COMFORTED
TO FEEL SECURE. TO KNOW THAT MY SONS
FELT THAT AT MARCY'S WAS A TREMENDOUS
THING. SHE LOVED THEM AND THEY KNEW IT."
- S. Barnes
"I BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH
SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB. IF ONE BELIEVES
IN SUCH A THING AS 'LIFE'S CALLING,'
I HAVE FOUND MINE."
